PAYMENT

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept G Pay (Google Pay), Shopify Pay and Apple Pay.

JOOLS By Jenny Brown processes payments using the Stripe payment and PayPal gateways. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

JOOLS By Jenny Brown does not collect, store, retrieve or in any way maintain your credit card information. All payment related information are processed by Stripe and PayPal and does not reside on any of our servers.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Your order should take between 2 to 5 business days (normally shorter than that) to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email. For some countries, shipping may take longer than usual due to Custom and Import procedures which are out of our control.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Absolutely. We offer a 30 Day, No-questions asked refund policy. All we ask is for the item to be in its original packaging, unused, unworn and with all labels intact.
Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

We are sorry you received a faulty item. All our items go through a strict quality control process prior to despatch. In the rare event that you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via our website.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Sure, please contact us with your cancellation request and we will cancel your order. We are unable to cancel orders which have already been despatched prior to receiving a cancellation request.
