Jenny Brown Limited * TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE - Minimum first order £350.00 + VAT. or a minimum of 25 different items. - All prices are quoted in " £ " sterling pounds and exclude VAT & delivery charges. - All opening orders to be paid in full prior to delivery. - No minimum amount on subsequent orders, Subject to credit account agreement, these orders will be payable 30 days from date of invoice. Payments can be made by; 1) CHEQUE payable to Jenny Brown Limited, 2) CREDIT CARD which will be subject to a 2.5% or £ 1.00 (what ever is the higher) handling charge, 3) BACS transfer to Royal Bank of Scotland, sort code 163424, account 10082606.
- All items remain the property of Jenny brown Limited until paid in full while the responsibility / risk is transfer to the buyer upon delivery. - We will exercise our right to claim / charge interest of a minimum of 5 % above the base rate set by the Bank of England, compensation equivalent to £50.00 or 10% (whichever is higher will apply), administration fees of £60.00 per hour and recovery fees (debt collector / legal fees) for the recovery of bad debt and / or goods on any account which falls into arrears. - All orders subject to delivery charge and will be determined by weight, volume and value. - Normally deliveries will be within 7 working days of receipt of order by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Special requirements; 1) Next day delivery to be agreed on request. 2) Deliveries of single items under the value of £ 35.00 can be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery upon request (this service is NOT cover by insurance and the responsibility / risk for loss / damage of goods is transfer to the customer upon our delivery to Royal Mail). - Unless stated to the contrary part orders will be despatched as above and any back orders will be sent free of delivery charge when the item becomes available. Faulty goods must be returned in its individual bag with the product code, indicating the invoice number & date of purchase, to Jenny Brown Limited within 5 working days of receipt for replacement or credit. Credit issued at the discretion of Jenny Brown Limited. Items returned after the 5 working days period will be treated as Repairs and if it is possible to repair it by Jenny Brown Ltd. It will be charged to the customer at cost.
Discrepancies in numbers / quantities must be notified by telephone and in writing within 24 hours of delivery / receiving the goods. Cancellation of orders; Jenny Brown Ltd. is unable to offer / accept sale or return agreements. 1) Within 5 working days will be subject to the full delivery charges and an administration fee of £50.00 or 10 % of the order value, or £ 5.00 per item, whichever is higher will apply. 2) After 5 working days it will be at discretion of Jenny Brown Ltd. and full delivery charges and an administration fee of £80.00 or 10 % of the order value or £4.00 per item, whichever is higher will apply. * All returned items must be returned together with the corresponding JOOLS gift boxes otherwise a minimum charge of £ 2.00 per box will apply. Special Orders of non stock items are not returnable and / or credited under any circumstances, these orders will only be processed by Jenny Brown Ltd. once full payment has been received from the customer. Marketing Materials such as point of sale, expanding kit, pictures, gift boxes, etc…, will remain the property of Jenny Brown Ltd. ( unless it was paid in full by the customer ) and might be recalled at the discretion of Jenny Brown Ltd. If the marketing materials are not received back in good condition within 7 working days from the recall date an invoice will be issue for the current cost of the items as stipulated on our current price list / website. If available a point of sale will be supplied free of charge to the customer on opening orders of £850.00 + VAT and above and / or expanding kit on opening orders of £1,250.00 + VAT and above (these offer is limited to one point of sale and expanding kit per customer. Otherwise display materials will be charged. Rings are stocked in sizes* 52-L 54-N 56-P 58-Q (measured to the Leading Edge) and will be supplied in any of this 4 sizes unless specify otherwise by the customer. Any other sizes may incur a minimum surcharge of £6.00. {* Please note that the above conversions of sizes (numbers to letters for rings) are approximates }. Please do not return rings to be exchange for a different size as this will incur a minimum charge of £6.00 (admin. fee)+ Postage. Bracelets are stocked in size* 18.25cm.= 7 ¼” (measured when closed). Any other sizes may incur a minimum surcharge of £8.00. {* Please note that the above conversion of size (metric to imperial) is approximate.} Any other sizes ordered might have a tolerance / difference of + / - 0.50cm in length, depending on the link size.
Due to the nature of use, Crystal beads will be mended / replaced at a nominal charge of £ 4.50 per item.
